Shipping:
Shipping Times:
Each Forever Selfie product is individually custom-made when you order it. Please allow 5-10 business days for production prior to shipping. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4-5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is approximately 1-2 weeks.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking number. We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers.
Forever Selfie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. If you believe your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping:Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is usually $15-$30 USD, depending on items and weight. Customer is responsible for customs and duties fees.
For orders over 2-lbs, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Holiday Shipping Times:
The above shipping times do not apply to Black Friday through Christmas. We will try to update shipping times via our website during this holiday season. Other holidays may impact shipping times also.
Multiple Packages:
If your order includes different personalized product types, some items may require a longer processing time to fulfill. In this instance we may split your shipment into multiple shipments in order for you to receive your item(s) as soon as possible. If this is the case, you will receive separate shipping notices and tracking numbers for each shipment.
Quality Guarantee:
We take great pride and care in the quality and craftsmanship of your item(s). Each item will go through a quality control check prior to shipping. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please take a picture of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee 100% satisfaction.
Return / Exchange Policy:
Non-personalized items: 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Should you wish to return or exhange an item, for any reason, that is not personalized, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item (according to delivery record). We will give you a return number and instructions for return shipping. Original shipping fee and return shipping is non-refundable.
Personalized items: Understandably, personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for understanding.
Damaged in transit: If you item arrives damaged, you will need to submit a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact us if you need assistance.
